Beautiful hotel, great beakfast and also has wine and bottle of liquor in the room for purchase which is a plus if you get in late and want a little drink
No complaints at all. Great staff. Modern and large rooms. Great visit for a one night stay. Could’ve stayed longer and would’ve loved it.
This is a great hotel, but the service here is horrible! My credit card was charged numerous times despite prepaying for my accommodation before my trip. I paid $260 via a third-party site, which was acknowledged upon check-in, then the hotel charged different holds despite not dining at the hotel or parking a car, to the tune of over $350. Some of those charges dropped, but $225+ went through, and they are still holding on to it. Some of the most stellar service I have ever experienced; from management to housekeeping, just great people. Huge shout out to Salim, who was so attentive during breakfast. Every morning he was waiting with a smile and kind words. Not one weak area
