I called around 1:15 a.m. to ask about app check-in and was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the male staff member who answered. He said he didn’t understand me and claimed I was “speaking a different language,” which was inappropriate. The interaction lacked proper phone etiquette and made me hesitant to check in.
Gorgeous hotel, very friendly staff and one of the few Marriott hotels that are actually very clean. I can't wait to come back in Spring. Love the fire pit and the restaurant had good food too. THE BEST BREAKFAST EVER!
Second year staying at the Inn at Bellefield for our annual Thanksgiving and tree cutting weekend. What a wonderful hotel: beautiful and pristinely clean rooms, top notch fitness center, and great breakfast. One of the best Marriot properties I have ever stayed at.
My daughter’s volleyball banquet was held here last week. Dinner was awful. The chicken thighs were not cooked. The skin was rubbery and the meat was pink. NO ONE ate the chicken. It was the talk of the night… stay away from the chicken. Even an announcement was made NOT TO EAT THE CHICKEN. And nothing was done about it. The pasta had zero taste and the rolls were as hard as a crouton. With the CIA being across the street.. smh, do better! Raw chicken can get people very sick! We all left hungry.
This new and large hotel offers everything you could want at an affordable price. Breakfast included each morning.
