Very incompetent place to deal with. Front desk does not know what they are doing. Never apologizes for anything. Housekeeping (Sonia or Sandra something like that) is awful and talks back to you when you find them in your room with a do not disturb sign on the door. The fridge by the front desk is not replenished with drinks despite asking for three days in a row. Breakfast is always lacking something, day 1 no paper cups, day 2 no coffee (wait 10 min) day 3 no coffee (wait 10 min), day 4 no oat milk, day 5 again no oat mil... read more

Sucks. You have a house keeping who take back to you. You have front dealers who do not k ow to say sorry. Shame on you.
My husband and I had such a wonderful time at this property! The hospitality and service from the entire team truly made our stay memorable.
