My husband and I had such a wonderful time at this property! The hospitality and service from the entire team truly made our stay memorable. Stopped here while traveling NY for college visits with my son. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious. Will definitely be making a trip back to the area to stay here.
This was a very nice hotel. A bit over priced for a non-resort Marriott hotel($400 per night). The rooms were very clean and the grounds extremely tidy and nice landscaping. The staff were also very friendly. The buffet breakfast was the usual for what you’d expect from a free breakfast. A bit chaotic and lacking in food that was truly good for you. Two problems: No pool or nice outdoor space. There is absolutely nothing to do here once you get back to the hotel. Except sitting in the lobby. Which is basically part of the restaurant so it’s busy. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel where they don’t have an indoor or an outdoor pool. Especially considering they have all this property here. 2-Our room wasnt made up in 3 days. Bed not made, towels not picked up and never cleaned and no note or phone call. Stayed for a few nights, I highly recommend it!!! The rooms are very clean, I liked the overall design, bathroom was spacious, and the mini kitchen is amazing. Just outside the bathroom there is a make up counter which is great for getting ready while someone else occupies the bathroom. Seems like an odd thing to point out but the hallways have thick carpet which helps keep sound levels to a minimum, which i greatly appreciate about a hotel.
