Most definitely the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. From check in to checkout, everything was wonderful! Super clean, accommodating, convenient, and all around a great place to stay!
We needed a last minute place to stay and the staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The pool is showing some age but the kids didn't mind. Wonderful experience. Will stay again!
Of all the hotels we have been, I HAVE to say, this hotel was superb! From the moment we walked in the front desk was there WITH people greeting you like old friends seeing again. Accommodating (trying really hard like it’s their problem, not someone else’s) with friendliness I haven’t seen before to clean rooms with no carpet (usually the carpet makes me feel like icky even with my shoes on so this was a nice change). This place is our new go to for pigwon forge vacations. Everything was amazing from the beds to an amazing breakfast every morning. The only thing I would recommend is having a apple compote for the waffles or like an apple cinnamon butter or "relish" but everything else was perfect. Oh and please sell the sent you use and the apple cider in the lobby. Im not a huge apple candle person but wow I wanted my home to smell like this hotel.
