We loved our stay! It was very clean and welcoming. It was decorated pretty for summer and always had hot coffee and cider available. The staff were kind and helpful. Indoor/outdoor pools are nice and the fire pit was a great bonus. The rooms were big and balcony was clean. Loved our view. Family friendly! 5 minutes from most things in Pigeon Forge.
We've been here every year for the past 4 years and every experience expect our last has always been amazing .maybe their under new management but this time was sub par . Starting it off I noticed the red led charging light on both emergency lights on my hall were off ,im a industrial maintenance tech so I notice these things lol well hit the test button and nothing felt the caseing and it was hot . Had a weekend trip planned. Had to cancel two days before and now since I paid upfront I’m stuck with the bill. On hotels.com when canceled said I’d receive some type of refund. Hotels.com reached out to management there and they are refusing a refund even though we had a death in the family which they were aware of.
This is the best place we have ever stayed at. It's very clean and smells amazing. The whole area we loved. You can get great food,shop,have ice cream, wine just about anything you could want. This will definitely be our place to stay every time we come to Sevierville.
This was me and my family first time staying here. We absolutely love it. All the staff are absolutely amazing and sweet. We will be staying here again. Also this is absolutely a beautiful hotel. We came from North Carolina. Me and my family love's to come on vacation up here.
