Great place to stay. Comfortable & clean
First the good: Very close to Tlaquepaque shopping. View from room is good Bed was comfortable innkeepers were very accommodating The not so good: There was a split HVAC unit on the wall, but no control; there was a normal thermostat on the wall, but nothing responded to it. The only source of heat was a wall fireplace. There was a freestanding AC unit that vented through a window. Inn Above Oak Creek is the sweetest and coziest place to stay! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed sitting on our balcony and the outdoor patio- breakfast is light and great and the staff was incredible! Rich was the sweetest man in the world and unbelievably accommodating and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and we enjoyed listening to the creek in the morning and evenings. Stayed in room #1 during our visit to Sedona. Location was good and gave us easy access to everything we wanted to do. Room was spacious, with a fireplace, a balcony overlooking Oak Creek and a king bed. The only negative I would say about the room is the bed is to tall for my likking. Making the bed a tad shorter would make it easier for this old guy to climb in. Other than that, the bed is very comfortable. The free breakfast started our mornings.
