Stayed in room #1 during our visit to Sedona. Location was good and gave us easy access to everything we wanted to do. Room was spacious, with a fireplace, a balcony overlooking Oak Creek and a king bed. The only negative I would say about the room is the bed is to tall for my likking. I recently stayed 2 nights at the Inn. I stayed in Room 12 and it was just beautiful! The balcony was my favorite spot, sitting above Oak Creek, listening to the water, the breeze and the birds. My room was very clean and welcoming. The staff feels more like friends or family. They were so helpful and kind. I was in love with my room based on their website, and it was even more impressive in person. Whenever I stay in Sedona, I will only stay here.
Pros: Comfortable sheets, nice bath, breakfast hall had nice view of creek, hotel is near the town center Cons: Road noise was significant (7am-10pm), breakfast selection was very limited (worse than some budget chain hotels), service was mixed
Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Donna that works there is absolutely amazing loves people and is so kind. The views are wonderful and the rooms are very homey feeling. Love that it is not a huge place which makes it feel more like a bed and breakfast. There will be no regrets if you choose this inn over Best Western or a Holiday Inn!
We had a room overlooking the creek. The room is very nice with a private balcony. Bathroom is lovely with all needed amenities. Check in was easy, very friendly, and informative of the local fare.
