I had a disappointing experience with this business due to poor communication and unnecessary stress. I placed an order last Thursday for business cards that were supposed to arrive by Wednesday. The owner initially tried to charge extra for a rush fee, and when I called to confirm pickup, he admitted the order hadn’t even been placed. They’re extremely professional and the owner is both honest and highly knowledgeable. You can tell he truly understands the technical side of the work and pays attention to every detail. The overall experience felt smooth, transparent, and handled by someone who really knows what they’re doing.
