Thank you Ahmed! I needed an urgent poster print 3 x 4 foot on the weekend. A simple call and got clear directions on how to get it done. A couple of emails and money transfer later and presto it was ready. Appreciate Ahmed for his no fuss straightforward high quality delivery as promised. Nothing remarkable except delivered on time and quality as promised. What more can a person in need ask for?
I came in to ship a fed ex package. As soon as I entered the store I was asked if the package weighed 40 pounds. According to the label it was 44 pounds. He then said that Fed ex won’t take the package because it’s too heavy and told me I have to bring it to the head office all the way in Malton. I left and went 5 minutes away to a real shipping centre and they took it no problem. A petit woman was able to take the package from me but this man could not. I had a disappointing experience with this business due to poor communication and unnecessary stress. I placed an order last Thursday for business cards that were supposed to arrive by Wednesday. The owner initially tried to charge extra for a rush fee, and when I called to confirm pickup, he admitted the order hadn’t even been placed.
