I came in to ship a fed ex package. As soon as I entered the store I was asked if the package weighed 40 pounds. According to the label it was 44 pounds. He then said that Fed ex won’t take the package because it’s too heavy and told me I have to bring it to the head office all the way in Malton. I left and went 5 minutes away to a real shipping centre and they took it no problem. A petit woman was able to take the package from me but this man could not. I had a disappointing experience with this business due to poor communication and unnecessary stress. I placed an order last Thursday for business cards that were supposed to arrive by Wednesday. The owner initially tried to charge extra for a rush fee, and when I called to confirm pickup, he admitted the order hadn’t even been placed. They’re extremely professional and the owner is both honest and highly knowledgeable. You can tell he truly understands the technical side of the work and pays attention to every detail. The overall experience felt smooth, transparent, and handled by someone who really knows what they’re doing.
