Physio Matt is caring, knowledgeable and supportive , has assisted with a few injuries with great outcome.. very good manner.. gym area is well equipped. Clean and tidy reception areas.. staff greets you will friendly smile..
The reception staff are very accommodating to fit me in for an appointment when it suits me making the appointment booking process a breeze. Alex my physiotherapist was welcoming and friendly. He left no stone unturned to work out what was going on and provided me with easy to understand daily exercises to help build muscles to take the strain of others. Alex has also booked me in for follow up care to see how it s going.
Megan was wonderful the staff at reception were so attentive, welcoming and friendly really great service. The premises were modern, clean and inviting. So far it has been great.

I've been coming to The Injury hub for nearly 5 years. I would totally rate them 110% Admin are so helpful and respectful. Rachel McAllister is my main physio and she's my hero and I appreciate her more than she probably knows. I will forever be going to physio due to my condition and I'm so grateful I have The Injury Hub as one of my care team 🙏💙🙏
