I do not recommend this place went to get a boot on for a fracture that was seen by multiple people to get there on the Friday to be told to see the surgeon the week after when I did see the surgeon they did another xray which was terrible and not done properly and then he didn’t look at my xray and wanted to try and take me out of my boot with a fracture in my ankle tried telling me there is no fracture but I have the proof there is a fracture and try and palm me off to physio
Not one to make a review but this place saved our day! My son had an accident late afternoon. I called the Injury clinic and they managed to fit us in just before closing time. Was met by Blake who was amazing! Very skilled and knew exactly what had happened and how to fix it. It resulted in my Son crying for a good 10 second whilst Blake cracked his "pulled elbow" back in place. Before you know it, my son was able to move his arm again! The facility is fantastic but any issue suggest reach to manager very supportive
I have attended the Injury Centre Narellan for 3 separate injuries for myself and the kids since they opened. Service is prompt, staff are very friendly and they know what they are talking about. Having everything in the one location including X-rays is so convenient. They are amazing explaining injuries to children and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
The Injury Clinic team were exceptional. Wonderful customer service & Jacqueline, the doctor I saw, was beyond helpful, caring & attentive. Thank you for a very positive experience, you’ll be highly recommended to anyone I hear of that needs injury advice/attention.
