Never again will I go here. One of the reception staff lacks communication skills.
I have been to the centre a few times, once for myself and twice for my daughter - we had a clumsy couple of months resulting in a knee injury and a fractured toe - twice for my daughter! Each time I had the pleasure of being assisted by Bronwyn, and her caring and reassuring nature was very much welcomed. She put my worried mind to rest, and was very gentle and caring with my daughter xo Thanks Bronwyn, I love your work - but I hope not to be back too soon ..lol !
Recently had a Work place injury the lady's at reception were very nice and the specialist did a great job putting my leg in a brace and explaining my situation thank you very much
My 9 year old daughter fractured her scaphiod (hand) and the overall experience and waiting was hassle free. Firstly we went to the medical urgent care centre at Campbelltown, an xray there, which quickly confirmed her fracture. We were then sent to Narrellan injury centre which was also a great experience, we were seen in a good timely manner and the staff were lovely. This is fantastic idea having an injury centre, all while taking some pressure off the health system!
Nice and easy experience. The ladies on the front counter were very helpful. Dr was very polite and knowledgeable.
