Melisse is a terrible injector. The so called “Rush Up Lips” and all the wonderful pictures and results you see are either done by the injector in Calgary or not transparent at all. I booked and asked for “Rush Up” lips because I liked the Russian technique and never had lip filler before. Melisse’s first red flag was her hesitation, saying something along the lines of how important it is for her to start in the right spot or it’ll all go wrong. I have called multiple times on days they are open and left messages to try and book in for Botox. They called back 1 time to which I responded asking for a callback. Nothing. Only 1 time has someone answered the phone at the front desk, to which I canceled well in advance as I had to work. Overall frustrating trying to book in with a place that seems very hard to get in contact with.
