This was a great experience!! Holly and Sydney welcomed me when I walked into the clinic. They were so kind and full of smiles. Holly took me in to meet my Lead Injector Amanda, and she was a doll. She was super informative and knowledgeable. Amanda helped me decide what was best for my face and it was absolutely appreciated. I had my lip filler done with Heather Bottoms on July 24 and unfortunately found the experience very unprofessional. Despite booking and paying online, both the front desk and injector asked what treatment I was there for, which made the clinic seem unprepared. I was promised a follow-up and complimentary touch-up, but my July 31 appointment was cancelled, then my August 7 appointment was also cancelled, and nobody proactively rescheduled me despite multiple messages.
