Very very upset. Have been crying all day after my appointment. I feel traumatized at the results and was not expecting my requests to be completely ignored. I went for a consult for a filler dissolve to hopefully help get rid of my migration. I have big lips, Im aware, but I also have big features so my lips matched that and I like the big lip look. I FOUND MELISSE @ ZIA COSMETIC I’ve always enjoyed my experiences at The Injectionist, but I’m only booking with Melisse moving forward—she’s incredibly well-trained, intuitive, and genuinely cares. I only trust her completely with my face. Now that she’s at Zia Cosmetic (Calgary Trail, Edmonton), I’ll be following her there—highly recommend checking her out!

Travelled over two hours to get my lips done. Don’t let their social media content fool you. It felt like a chop shop they were in such a rush to get me in and out it was pathetic. The so called “Russian Lips” look no different than what previous injectors have done. I had a few questions about the skincare as I mainly use Vivier and they don’t carry that line. Had my fourth facial with Kay at the Edmonton location today and it was amazing as always! Every time I feel so relaxed, revitalized, and renewed! Kay has also done laser hair removal with me and was very helpful and informative throughout! Kay is the best! I’ve also had my lips filled by Melisse a few times over the last four years, and they’ve been flawless! There’s no other clinic I would trust with my injections and aesthetics! Thanks Injectionist! Can’t wait to return!
