I see Heather at the Edmonton location and she is amazing! She is very thorough in explaining what she will be doing, and is super knowledgeable and honest about the treatments. She takes a little extra time to make sure you’re at ease and I never feel rushed. All the girls in the clinic are warm, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable. If you’ve been on the fence about booking, definitely go see her!
I had been following them on instagram for years and finally booked an appointment… let me just say I’m beyond pleased with the consultation and the service from both heather and her assistant Nicole. They were so amazing and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make me feel like I made the right choice. UPDATE: this to respond to their bs reply. They dont seem very apologetic about the disturbing and uncomfortable experience I had. Instead they decide to gaslight because my gmail account is my middle name! So “professional” you guys continue to deflect instead of taking accountability. I went to a different clinic for a second opinion and they agreed my dosage and results should remain the same. Anywho not my problem anymore I wont be coming back. Lost a 6 year customer!
