I canceled my event with Indigo Ballroom. The owner has told me several times that she would bring me my refund. It has been over a month since I canceled and now she’s just dodging my calls.
I booked a venue at the Indigo Ballroom. The contract indicated a host of things that the owner was supposed to do to include decorate which did not happen. I touched base her several times prior to my event and then again the day before to ensure everything was in place. She promised it was.
