Warm and friendly staff, very informative. I went for an iron infusion at 26 weeks pregnant and was nervous about iron staining and Jim the nurse was so reassuring and confident. Quick in and out in one hour.
Rude nurse. Didn’t let me in with my 16 year old daughter !! I knew it was a possibility according to an email I received - although it wasn’t really clear coz it said children cannot sit with the parent (which meant the parent was the one getting the infusion not the child). i checked with my daughter and she was ok with this so I didn’t argue.. but I wasn’t pleased with the manner or the tone. Later, I spoke with a friend who is a nurse and she said it was unlawful.. coz my child is still under age !! Seems like following ... read more
Rude nurse. Didn’t let me in with my 16 year old daughter !!
This procedure was anxiety inducing due to the side effects. I expected to enter a relaxed and peaceful place. This was not the case. I was in a room with several other patients so it didn’t feel private. One patient continued to speak to the nurse while he was setting up my drip. I would have expected to have the total attention of the nurse when it was my turn. The information I was given prior to my procedure was that I would also be given a tea or coffee. The staff at the clinic were absolutely lovely. They were very organised and experienced. The nurse who did my infusion was personable, professional and considerate. They took the time to explain the science behind an infusion and strategies to best benefit from it as well which I thought was a helpful detail.
