I was pretty disappointed with the customer service. The receptionist was quite unprofessional and didn’t seem very respectful. It also felt like the staff weren’t really sure what they were doing. Hopefully, they can sort things out and improve in the future.
Had my iron infusion today I was feeling anxious as I’ve never had one before but Joesph put my mind right at ease, he is very soft spoken and kind. He informed me he used to work at the hospital in the ICU department (so I knew I was in very capable hands) he told me what to expect and all about my after care ☺️ The office is a calming and inviting environment. I highly recommend going here for your iron infusion.
Friendly service and stress free
This was my first Iron Infusion wasn’t sure what to expect, I arrived early they took me in straight away, what can I say about Joseph he was very welcoming, explained everything in detail, he had a kind voice, very caring, after the infusion he spoke to me in a soft calming voice about the side effects, he has fantastic people skills, thank you Joseph
Joseph was really great in explaining everything with a little chat on the side.
