I had a great experience at the clinic for my iron infusion. The process was smooth and well-organised, but what really stood out was the exceptional care provided by Joseph. He was kind, thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire procedure. Customer service like this is rare these days, and it made a real difference to my experience. Highly recommend!

What a terrible experience with this center my wife had recently. We were asked to bring in a referral letter from the GP, and after we had that ready, on phone one of the girls mentioned to have something added to the letter and we had to go back the GP again. When we called back to arrange the appointment, we were told of something new to be added in the letter further which was never mentioned earlier by any of the staff.
