I had my iron infusion yesterday and was a bit nervous, but Joil, the nurse who assisted me, made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, he made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. He answered all my questions with such dedication, passion, and joy that he actually made the whole experience feel pleasant — something I never thought I’d say about a medical procedure! I've been to this clinic 4 times since 2021 and every time I was really pleased with the staff's level of professionalism. I missed nurse Joel today, but nurse Joseph from Liverpool clinic has done a great job too! Thank you.
I had my iron infusion here yesterday. I was nervous about getting an infusion, but Joel put my worries at ease and made the experience surprisingly easy and relaxing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. All of the staff were lovely from start to finish! Highly recommend—10/10!

Had a really positive experience at the Infusion clinic - special shout out to Joel who looked after me and made me feel at ease! He was very knowledgeable and funny, plus no pain at all. Couldn't recommend more!
