Monday evening Pizza and a bottle is an exclusive and intimate experience at the informalist. I am a Pizza fanatic and I must say the Pizza was and is excellent. The vibes were amazing and the mood perfect. Instead being called informalist it should be called perfectionist. #lifecoachcw #iam_cween @god_bless_the_real createdbycween.com
Grilled Angus Picanha w/ sunchoke, sunchoke purée, Swiss chard. Steak was grilled to the correct temperature but was tough in places, inconsistent seasoning. Some pieces without seasoning others heavy handed with pepper. The sunchoke purée was served cold as well as the aus jus. The chunks of sunchoke were undercooked/raw in center and Swiss chard was tough. For $42 this was not up to the standard. The pizza was the star and delicious.
Beautifulspot with an entire vibe! Burger was cold and dry, fries cold and burnt. Left disappointed and hungry. The best thing served was the Muscato.
