De kamers zijn vies, worden niet schoongemaakt. De trappegang is vies. De douche in onze kamer was onbruikbaar.
We stayed here for four nights on a trip to visit Yosemite National Park. The hotel is clean and located near restaurants, grocery stores, CVS, a bank, etc. It does not have an elevator, which is odd for a hotel with a second floor. Luckily, we were on the first floor, so we did not have to schlep our suitcases through the stairwell. 😔 The floor in the room isn’t very clean — there are many visible spots, and the carpet looks quite dirty. The sound insulation is bad. 🙂 The food at their lobby restaurant is surprisingly good.
Lipstick on the pig! This place describes itself as an upscale boutique hotel with a modern aesthetic. In reality it’s an old America’s Best Value with nice new decor. Underneath the refurbishment is a standard motel heating/AC unit that doesn’t really work, an old bathtub that doesn’t quite drain and no elevator to the 2nd floor. Beautiful and cozy hotel! Loved the design and comfort. Only small downside — the shower pressure was a bit weak.
