This company has absolutely ZERO customer service. I paid almost $500 for a golf cart diagnostic tool and it has now been over a month and I have not received it. I've tried calling and every extension goes straight to voice mail which no one ever follows up with. I've emailed until blue in the face with absolutely no response. I would give a 0 star if I could. Ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received anything
Ordered a Curtis Controller that never arrived. Called every few days to check up on the order and got nothing by 5 different extension all no answer. They emailed twice and never got back to me with the status of the order. Now fighting to get my money back.
