It would be great if someone actually answered the phones during the hours you state you're open on the voicemail. And when you do call back, it would be great to leave times your actually available to pick up the phone. And it would be great if you answered email inquiries for scheduling. Super frustrating experience to even try to figure out the next steps. 4 calls and emails and still haven't spoken to a human. I was treated properly and with respect during the initial assessment until I mentioned a medicine I was on for addiction. As soon as I mentioned it I was told that they would not be able to help me. I felt discriminated against and the tone of the receptionist changed completely. Considering I have ptsd and social anxiety it took me three weeks until I had the motivation again to find a therapist.
We have worked with many therapists over the years and are very much thankful to each and every one of them. All are highly trained to help children and young adults who have experienced trauma and attachment issues. We highly recommend CHOICES!
Impressive!! I live in Sarasota and the park has the Neuro Center I go on Wednesday and Friday. It helps for my stroke with em Wave and Peak Happiness etc. It sounds similar to your programs, bless you helping this to your clients.
