When my sons were exposed to lice, we couldn’t tell if they had a mild case or not. They got us in within hours. Treated the entire household while checking to see who had it, and sent us home with treatment to use a week later. The treatment they use kills everything on contact so even if they couldn’t see something with the naked eye, you’re good to go. What an unbelievable service Lice Nanny provides! They were prompt, thorough, and kind. Lice Nanny not only treats the child with lice, they check the whole household as well. They offered tons of education and eased so much anxiety! I was incredibly impressed! While I hope we never have to come back… we definitely will if we have to!

After lice was reported at daycare, we started religiously checking our kids. I emailed The Indianapolis Lice Nanny right when we heard about exposure, and Erin consulted me on what to do and how to check for lice at home. After discovering one bug on Saturday night, I called at 8am on Sunday morning and they promptly got us in at 9:15! Raquel was wonderful, super informative, answered all of our questions and settled our nerves. We were lice free when we left, barely an hour later! Highly recommend!
