Fantastic afternoon at IN Whiskey. Ed was a great "guide" through our six samples. Oddly, was familiar with their gin ( a new and welcome addition - more lavender than pine) was very happy with the quality and flavour of their bead and butter: Whiskey. The bourbon and cask strength (116proof) are both highly drinkable straight and would be excellent as a cocktail. Thank you for a great afternoon. As an aside one of us has mobility issues and we had no problem navigating around.
Aaron and Ashely are we’re fantastic and wonderful my. Ashley made drinks so amazing that I fear I fell in love. Aaron explained the process so deeply I feel like I fully understood the process

I love their version of a margarita, the book club they host and how crazy clean thier bathroom is! Staff has always been super friendly!
