What hits first is a sharp, sour tang tempered with slow‑building heat—vibrant, layered, and utterly addictive
I used this Goan Vindaloo Masala to make prawn curry, and it turned out really good. The masala has a fresh aroma and a well balanced spice level. It gives the curry a very authentic Goan taste without being overpowering. Its easy to use and makes homemade curry taste restaurant style. What I really liked is how easy it is to use just throw in onions and tomatoes, saute them, add the masala, and you are almost done. Overall, the flavors are rich and slightly tangy, which goes perfectly with prawns.
We love spicy Indian food, and when it comes to making it quickly and effortlessly, one name always comes to mind: The Indian Pantry Foods. All of their sauces and masalas are excellent, but the Vindaloo Sauce/Masala is truly outstanding. Found them @ the New West Farmers Market & had the best chai of my life!!! I’m always looking for where they’ll be next to pick up another bottle of the chai concentrate to go 🤤 I’m obsessed with this company; if you love chai, you have to give them a try!
I tried the chai concentrate and absolutely loved it! The flavor is rich, perfectly spiced, and so convenient—just mix with milk and enjoy. Great for both hot and iced chai. Highly recommend for anyone who wants authentic chai at home without the hassle!
