The leasing office team and the maintenance here make living here stressful and frustrating. Follow up is non-existent and if you want/need anything done you have to call them and do their job for them. There is no communication whatsoever. They are all incompetent and absolutely lazy. They have a huge office staff and none of them do their jobs. Elevator constantly broken, pipes leak in main hallway, bathroom ceiling flooded, laundry room constantly broken, most mail and packages get stolen, cars broken into in the garage…. and this was all in my first six months….. and my AC unit was broken from July till November…. still not sure it actually works.
Do not move here. I’ve lived here less than 6 months and have had two leaks from my ceiling. On top of that the laundry never works despite putting in work orders and the floors are extremely dirty as they are original from whenever the building was built. Packages always get stolen.
Alexia was truly such a help! She responded timely and efficiently. The tour was phenomenal and very helpful. There’s tons of parking and I’m excited for the rooftop to open up. Just in time for warmer weather! I’m so excited to move in, the location is great and so convenient, especially for the price. Thanks Alexia!
