Two weeks ago I had a referral. I caled 2x and left a voicemail. They never answered the phone. You have to leave a voicemail. Then they call you back and I missed their call. They make you feel like a phone tag game.
Crazy Dentist 🦷 customer service they have no staff and make appointment. He just checking in and forget the patient. I am waiting 55 minute and still say she’s coming. Stupid
I missed an appointment in the beginning of July have been calling almost every single day since have yet to receive a response and currently looking to file a complaint with a medical board. I noticed that they have a policy that says that they can dismiss a patient without notifying them. I certainly hope this did not happen to me not only that I feel it does great harm to dismiss any patient Without notifying them regarding this of the reason because you are impeding them seeking care from other providers.
