Two weeks ago I had a referral. I caled 2x and left a voicemail. They never answered the phone. You have to leave a voicemail. Then they call you back and I missed their call. They make you feel like a phone tag game.
Crazy Dentist 🦷 customer service they have no staff and make appointment. He just checking in and forget the patient. I am waiting 55 minute and still say she’s coming. Stupid
I missed an appointment in the beginning of July have been calling almost every single day since have yet to receive a response and currently looking to file a complaint with a medical board. I noticed that they have a policy that says that they can dismiss a patient without notifying them. I certainly hope this did not happen to me not only that I feel it does great harm to dismiss any patient Without notifying them regarding this of the reason because you are impeding them seeking care from other providers.
Really clean and organized gym. A little small but gets the job done. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued. I am a beginner in the gym most of the other gym made me feel overwhelmed and intimidated this location is a great place to start if your new to the gym. A true hidden gem in the eastside.
