Great first time experience at ITP Elanora, very helpful staff, helped me with my tax return. Very happy will be back next year.
I no longer use them. Down turn in service. Franchise owner appears too controlling- gate keeper over my valid deductions.
The previous lady 3 three ago was great,since then the new people are terrible,I decided to give them one more chance last year and it was even worse,even after I spoke to management. He couldn’t be bothered to find previous depreciation that should be in the system and did not try at all to better my return. He gave no feedback on questions I asked and I paid more than I should have. Never going back…STAY AWAY.
Been doing my tax with these guys for 10 years, won’t be anymore. Had a phone consultation today and the male I was speaking to I have had once before. He is quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. He doesn’t tell you why you can’t claim something just continues to get aggravated and irritated and treats you like a lesser being. Will never be returning.
The Agent was rude and condescending. He shouted at me and accused me of lying about my Private Health. I had to ask him to lower his voice. Such a shame as I had 2 years prior with a lovely Agent. I will never go back.
