The is the best bar I’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for a “glass of god” moment, this is where you’ll find it. I described a drink I shared with my father and they mixed something that took me right back to drinking with him. The way they know flavors and listen to exactly what it is you want amounts to a frankly unmissable experience.
The food and drinks were well crafted and amazing. We came in on a Thursday night and it had a great atmosphere and wasn't too busy. The bartender, Barry was also very knowledgeable and charismatic. We're from Portland, but will definitely be back next time we visit. 5 stars all around.
We love The In Between and try to stop in every time we visit Port Townsend. The speakeasy vibes, the inventive cocktails, and the wonderful service are always enjoyable. 12/10!
We went last night. The two bartenders were extremely kind. We never had any bar tender come and sit with us before to discuss what we would like to drink. These two bartenders tenders spent a lot of time explaining the flavor and also made a cocktail that I would like. Awesome experience !
