WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED HAD TO TURN IN A CLAIM TO OUR BUILDING BECAUSE OF DAMAGED DONE BY IMT CUSTOMER AND ADJUSTER CAME BACK WITH LESS THAN 10 % OF ESTIMATE TO REPAIR. WHAT A JOKE. I WAS AN IMT CUSTOMER WITH 4 POLICIES NOT FOR LONG
I've been an IMT customer for over 7 years now and I haven't looked back. I insure 3 cars, my trailer and my business. Their rates are considerably lower than the larger national companies and they've always taken care of me. Whether it was a reimbursement on a tow with my roadside coverage or dealing with an unfortunate accident a few years back, they've always had a sense of urgency with me and I've had zero issues whatsoever with customer service or service in general. I was hit by one of their customers and the claims rep, Jamal, was very condescending and rude. This happened over 3 years ago but I just happened to stumble across one of his voice mails after all this time and it inspired me to come leave a review. To sum up his demeanor.. this guy will treat you like youre a moron and that must be why his customer hit you car 🤣 dude is a joke
Repaired a vehicle for this insurance company, replaced the roof and had to replace the windshield, they paid $151 for windshield replacement labor and the glass company charged me $250, turned it in as a supplement, adjuster said not my problem, first time I have ever had an insurance company turn me down over a cost that was out of my control so I just have to eat it on fixing a car I didn’t wreck myself.
My employer uses IMT for his work comp and I was hurt and out of work for a long time maybe longer than I needed to be. You would think they would do all they could to make sure I am taken care of but because of their customer service I had to have an attorney mediate for me they would always my weekly income payment not pay my doctors and my doctors would have to go to supervisors to get paid.
