I started using import mechanics a few years ago when I purchased a 2007 Audi A4. At first I was using them just for routine maintenance, oil changes tires and such. Then I blew the engine and talked to them about putting a used engine in my car seeing as I still owed money on it and didn't want to end up paying on a car I couldn't drive and having to find somthing else. Since than I have hired them to do all the work on my Audi. They are always professional and on time. I highly recommend the guys at import mechanics.
We've used Import Mechanics for over a decade. We've bought cars from them and have all our cars serviced there. They have the highest integrity in their work and will never sell you something your car doesn't need. Many times they have directed me on how to save money on my car repairs. Plus, when a car is in the shop you get a loaner that is super fun to drive!! A great company with cool people you can trust.
Great service and thorough explanations of everything. Plus a SUPER convenient location for me. The dogs inside are cute, too! Edit because I was prompted to after my last service: service was amazing as always! Reasonably priced and thorough explanations. Location became less convenient for me after their move but I think it's worth the drive. Can't recommend Import Mechanics/Jake enough!
Told me I needed new brakes and so my dad went to change them and they were perfectly fine. Not going back since I can’t trust them
