I feel all people should get same welcoming approach. 30 minutes behind schedule. It was suppose to be full hour massage , but had to leave room several times to get items. I had great facial massage for 30- 35 but pricing is a very salty. 119.00. +tip. . I have never paid over $55.00 for a facial massage. will not recommend or return. I feel very disappointed.

Today was my first visit to Ella Bardo & The Imperial spa, and certainly will not be my last. The staff and team were excellent and welcoming. Spotless/ sanitation location and made me feel safe during these challenging times with Covid. I saw Katie today for my lash extensions, and she did a beautiful job. I love my lashes! Katie was knowledgeable and very gentle with the process. I highly recommend Katie and Ella Bardo & The Imperial spa staff. I know I found my new spot for my spa days!

I am a Licensed Massage therapist and I am very disappointed by the level of professionalism this spa holds. The esthetics of the spa are pleasant but that is all. My husband and I just had a couples massage and it was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was so nice and professional. Amanda and Michael were very skilled therapists. We enjoyed it so much! We will definitely return for other services.
