I’ve lived in this building for over 8 years, and I’ve never experienced such poor treatment from staff as I have in the past 2 years. The building is managed by security Prettis Sharma and Arshdeep, but the current front desk security staff lack even the most basic customer service training — which is especially disappointing in a country like Canada, where professionalism and respect should be standard.
