They deleted almost a year’s worth of film scans without any warning. Some of those were the last photos I had of my dog before she passed away. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and nothing like this had ever happened before, so I had no reason to think I needed to move anything out of MY own personal Dropbox. I love the Imaging Depot for their quality prints at a great price! (a hard thing to find these days!)
