Waited for two hours after my appointment time to be seen. Dr. Gayle is rude and arrogant. The IMA Group should rethink their hiring practices.

They take hours to see you. They have no respect or regard for people's time. They all move like snails and the office was gross and smelled like urine. The blood pressure thing they pumped on my hand had hair on it too.
Appointment was at 10 am , wasn't taking into 2 pm. They ask u to be there 15 minutes before your appointment, but made me wait 4 hrs only to be seen 5 minutes by doc. The xray tec did not show up n I am forced to make another appointment. Staff was nice but the waiting was not nice.
