0/5 if I could. I was scheduled for multiple VA C&P physical exams at The IMA Group in Syracuse. I drove from Fort Drum and arrived at 0750 for my first appointment at 0800. As I was walking in, the receptionist called me to say the doctor wasn’t coming in and my appointments were cancelled. She was very nice and professional, and this was absolutely not her fault—she told me the doctor had informed her right before she called me. Sat there an hour and a half
I am so happy with my experience at this facility. Mileena was a breath of fresh air, she made my anxiety of being there a thing of the past. This will be my go to facilty from now on. I've never had such a pleasant experience with getting my blood drawn until Mileena. She was fantastic, her bubbly personality and professional need to be recognized by the higher ups
