There's dozens of reviews pointing out exactly what is wrong with this place which clearly they have seen as they have responded. But every response is asking to move the discussion to a private forum without ever actually making the changes
If I could give zero I would!! What a complete unprofessional incompetent place!! Rude and lazy staff. Came in for work pee test only. 3 hours later still waiting. How can this place be allowed to even be in business. RUN… find another facility because this one sucks!
I had to travel out to The IMA Group in Syracuse from Rochester, NY this past Friday the 10th of October, at 1000hrs. I waited for 10 minutes and I was called back. The provider that saw me was Dr. Richard Wayne, and he was personable and assisted me with my having to remove my Prosthetic Leg as it was very new for me, and Dr. Wayne also assisted me with putting it back on. Waiting over 2 hours for a pee test. 12 years of pee dot pee testing never in my entire career waiting so long to pee in a cup.
