This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical facility. The staff were incredibly rude, unaccommodating, and had terrible communication throughout the process. The wait time for a simple drug test that would take less than 5 minutes was anywhere from 3 to over 5 hours, and there’s no option to schedule an appointment in advance. Online shows that the place is open til 5. I showed up at 3:30 and the receptionist tells me they stop doing drug tests at 3pm. No where online does it say testing is over at 3. I already left early from my job today now i have to go during my lunch break tomorrow. Thanks for wasting my time and gas to get here Edit: I come back the next day during my lunch break and sat for easily an hour and a half although I was the only one here for a drug test.
