I went to IMMA for a drug screening and expected a routine appointment, but the experience genuinely exceeded my expectations. Every single person in the office was welcoming, kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I actually left in a much better mood than when I walked in, which says a lot these days. The entire staff was spectacular, and I honestly wish they could be my primary care office. Thank you all for treating people with such genuine kindness and respect.
Not gonna lie. The North Syracuse location has never been disrespectful towards me and has always been prompt, productive and polite every single time that I’ve came to this location.Dalia who sits at the front window has a very welcoming approach. She went above and beyond to get me in for my drug screen. Also, there was a lab tech in the back named Pat who did my blood drawing. She gave me some very good advice.
