Go in to get a pre-employment screening done, get told their system is down, so wasted a day. Come in the next day after calling to confirm my E-Passport was good and when I arrive I'm told I need to make an appointment. When I get told to call a number, I call and find out they can't even see me until the following week even though the E-Passport expires the day after. This clinic is terrible. Go to a WellNow location. For the love everything holy, tell your employer to use WellNow.
Came in for some work testing and was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and communicated time expectations very well. I had a great experience.
1st appointment was cancelled and I was given no notice. Then the second doctor was was almost an hour behind. After politely suggesting that they need to do a better job of contacting people about cancelations, the receptionist took it extremely personally and proceeded to treat me like garbage until I left. Her final line was "I'm not arguing with a man" as she slammed the window shut.
Clueless arrogant people.
I've never had a problem with this group except for when they move they hired new people My son was in the hallway having a severe panic attack broke out in severe hives started throwing up I tried letting them know what was going on and they forced him forcefully into the room and he started throwing up and had seizures they didn't care and I told them I wanted the doctor's back that were over in Syracuse The medical was horrible over there The mental health I appreciate it because they did that online I feel that New York ... read more
