I called ahead and was told the location was open and that I needed to come before 3:30 PM. I arrived well before 2 PM, but they refused to administer my drug test—yet I watched them take another person’s test. This was extremely unfair and unprofessional. I expected consistent and respectful treatment, and this experience was very disappointing.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I went in to take a drug test for employment, only to be told they were closed. To make matters worse, I then saw them administering a test to someone else. This felt extremely unfair and unprofessional. I expected consistency and respect for all customers, and sadly, that was not my experience here.
