I had an appointment today for ppl . I was there 20 minute before my appointment time. I waited more than 3 hours to see the doctor. This place is under staff. Why have 30 people with appointments if there only one doctor with a receptionist. I felt really bad for the receptionist a young lady she was taking care of the patient’s paperwork’s, drawing blood and still couldn’t keep up with all the patients. Unprofessional, never on time, rude and barely licensed staff. The appointments never run on time. They don’t do their paperwork. The doctors aren’t actual doctors. They’re here to deny claims and waste your time. Take it with a grain of salt, probably find better doctors on YouTube. ;)
This office is a joke! Received 10 texts messages that I had a 730 am appointment and when I arrived the office was closed! This is not a professionally run organization! This office should be permanently shut down!
