HONESTLY I SEE WHY THE REVIEWS ARE SO HORRIBLE!!! ITS THE RECEPTIONIST... I DON'T KNOW IF ITS HER PERSONALITY OR AN ATTITUDE BUT WHATEVER IT IS, IT NEED TO BE ADJUSTED SHE MAKE THE PATIENTS FEEL SO UNEASED. WE HAVE TO DO BETTER!!!
I went there today and had no issues. I was treated with nothing but respect and a good attitude. Everyone was very polite and friendly and helpful.
I wouldn't recommend this location but UNFORTUNATELY disability sent me here. My appointment was for 9am .. I paid $50 for transportation to my appointment. I made it at 9:07 am and the black lady in the front who was very ignorant and rude with a attitude said i had to reschedule because i have to arrive 15 minutes prior which i was NOT told about... Not to mention it was very empty in the clinic... Im calling social security to try to get a new appointment at a different location because i definitely will not be back here.... read more
The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Came out, hitting the air asking, why did we knock on the door...she was on her cell. when they told us to be there 15 minutes before our appointment at 8 o'clock 7:40-45 the door was not open. She said, we don't open until 7:55. Still didn't open the door until 8 o'clock. Just talking to the air and herself...after she complained to her friend. Kept bringing it up talking to herself about it... Well, I would not recommend anyone to go there and social security should stop. ... read more
Rude and unprofessional! Who needs an employee that talks to themselves out loud! And insist on voicing her opinion about a situation. Because you're in the hood doesn't mean you act hood with a attitude and a nasty cold! Matched her energy and go rescheduled. So don't treat people like their dumb, stupid or crazy and think that your can be unprofessional and the act like a victim!
