I had a very frustrating experience here during my VA C&P examination. The examiner came across as unprofessional, and I left the appointment with serious concerns about how the examination was conducted and it made me wonder if the examiner knew what she was doing. Got here 25 minutes early for a 10:30 am appointment for my partner, it's 11:10 am and still waiting. No vitals taken. 2 different people with 11 am appointments were immediately seen for vitals, 1 of them saw dr before 11 and left before 11. They said "different" providers is why. Um, the appointment is for 10:30 am, at least be respectful and responsible enough to be on time.
My mom has Dementia. She walked in the doctors office on her own 25 mins before her time while I was in the restroom. So when I get back I got scared cause she disappeared. I asked a nurse in the office where she was. She says don't worry about it we got her just wait here..... I said can I ask my mother if I have her consent to be with her. The nurse said if your mother wanted you to be in here with her, she wouldn't have walked in without you..... Now imagine how that would you feel. That's not her place to speak for my mo... read more
