I was seen by The IMA Group in Southfield Michigan for my VA physical exam. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in any type of medical setting. The person doing my exam was completely and totally unprofessional at times. Laughed at me, very rude and dismissive of what I have going on physically. Not only was the examiner dismissive but was also comparing her own non-military related injuries to my injuries. Very unprofessional, very rude. Went to get a screening hours are 9-5 I go in they tell me screenings are only from 9-2:30

Runs late know your appointment will be a hour or two later worst place to have a appointment at.
Went in for my VA appointment doctor really took the time to listen and figure out my issue 10/10 for her.
