This facility needs to be shut down. Waited over 2 hours listening to the "staff" eat and gossip. The waiting room was filthy with literal trash on the chairs. And the room smelled like a cats litter box. I cannot say enough how rude and unprofessional the entire experience was. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, I was told " i don't know, she's running late." Two hours late is not running late, that is failing miserably at your duties. I brought my girlfriend in and I took two and half hours to be seen when finally seen by doctor she was mumbling, slow and seemed confused.
The desk staff psychologist and nurses were great.. the medical doctor nodded off about 30 times during my appointment. She should not be practicing..
The staff was nice and helpful, I had no issues speaking with the women at the desk. The downside is the waiting time. About a 2 hour wait to be taken back and as I write this review I am still waiting to be seen. I can be patient but my family in the car is a little restless so I would give the advice of coming to this appointment alone.
Waited over 3 hours to been seen. Should be against guidelines! Unbelievable. Un perfessional.
