Basically their objective is to find fraudsters and access your claims. They were nice, courteous, and accommodating. I was denied SSI based from their reports, but that was expected for the first time filing. They made the experience tolerable for someone who panics in DR offices. Thank you!
For a building made to assess if people are disabled, its not actually accessible. It was hard to pull myself in because there was a moderate threshold at the top of an incline, with nothing to grip. So pulling my manual chair through was. A challenge. They have a ramp inside but its not ADA grade (which still wouldn't be as accessible as needed), and there's a large bump inside upstairs that was so big, it completely lifted my smartdrive off the ground. This is genuinely, truly, ridiculous and inexcusable.
Staff was not nice at all.
