Removed as a NHS patient with zero communication, only found out when I tried to book an appointment. No letter, email, phonecall, nothing.
Be aware that this practise can only handle routine treatment. On both occasions when I have needed work doing they were unable to carry it out themselves. The first time I was able to walk in to a dental surgery in Spain and have a tooth extracted for half the price it would have been here. Now I am being referred to another practise who cannot see me for 3 weeks despite the fact that I am in severe pain.
Have visited 4 times to have a tooth brace refitted the last time was 21st November this year,it has now broken loose again ,l contacted the surgery and was told the brace was guaranteed for 4 months but I will still have to pay £57 for someone to look , terrible service
The quality of the service, communication and treatments at The Ile Dental Centre is exceptional. I am very grateful for their care and attention.
