Dr. Dan has been my family's optometrist for over 20 years. He is thorough, professional and treats his patients with respect. He answers any questions that are asked and takes the time to explain.He has always shown care and authenticity at every office visit. I wouldn't consider going to any other eye doctor for eye exams or other eye concerns.
Asked Joanne to email me prescription while I’m waiting in front of the store. 20 minutes later no email sent had to call the office 3 times to get through. Not sure if Dr Dan is aware of this I have been a patient for 5 years and now considering going elsewhere as a result.
Dr Dan is thorough. The office staff is friendly and Ms. Maureen is always so helpful with helping my teenager pick out a stylish but affordable pair of glasses. Awesome team.
