Best company ever. Obsessed with my custom sweatshirts!!!
Dropped of 3 shirts in May for embroidery and screen print. It’s now August and no shirts! Been getting nothing but the run a round on why. Now no return calls or emails. Would not recommend Update: The owner called me and made me whole. Thank you to him for the call and taking care of the issue. He stated the issue was with a $80 bill that was not paid by our organization. Considering that we pay out of pocket for all work make no sense. Either way he took care of it. So we were looking for a supplier for branded swag for a promotion and the identity source really came through for us! They were very easy to work with, offered us a quick turnaround time and really helped us design some great branding for our company!!
