Wow—my experience at the Ideal Spa was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Nikki warmly welcomed me, gave me a thorough tour of the spa, and made sure I was completely comfortable before introducing me to my wonderful masseuse, Nicola. This was my first time here. Not new to massages but been away from getting them on a regular. My massage therapist Nicole was AWESOME! She asked questions to make sure I was comfortable and she was working towards my need. THAT DEEP MASSAGE WAS EVERYTHING ! If you all are in the area or not, it’s worth checking out!
