We have used The Idea Co. three times in 40 years. Twice for water damage in two different homes & once to renovate a kitchen. Most recently, an upstairs neighbor whose water heater leaked & caused damage to our floors & caused mold inside the wall & under our flooring which all had to be replaced. It was all fixed by Ken’s crew in a professional & timely manner. New sheetrock, flooring & ceiling repaired & it’s beautiful & just in time for the holidays.
