I usually shop at iconic as my last minute to go too outfits. I placed 2 orders this morning and 1 of them arrived today and the other one, I am still waiting for. I paid express for my orders and expected it to come the same day between the hours of 9am-5pm. 1x arrived today with a tracking number. The other one is still in process. Extremely poor experience with The Iconic. My return was confirmed received on 2 April 2026, yet my refund was not processed within the stated 3–6 business days. Instead, I was left waiting for over two weeks with no refund and no meaningful communication. I followed up multiple times, including a formal complaint email on 17 April, which was completely ignored. Recently I found that my payment attempts keep failing. My bank confirmed it was not their issue. So, may I ask if my account or payment information has been blocked on your side, preventing me from making purchases?
A waste of time I didn’t receive any free samples and gifts they forced me to you to download the app before entering I uninstalled it as there was no point of downloading it
