Purchased an item weeks ago. The item in the picture was different to the one that I received. It was incorrect and frustratingly I read reviews and researched to make sure it was the right one. Tried to order a Country Road belt on The Iconic website as it was on sale. It stated the discounted price of $73.01 and stated Free delivery when I clicked the delivery option box with my postcode. Went to order and they wanted to charge $8.95. No... opened the chat bot who couldn't even grasp the problem was contacted by "Febe" as a human wholooked into to it and came back in about 10 minuted to say that the minimum order for Free Delivery is $75.oo and that I should just buy something extra to get the Free Delivery. Very poor service regarding a poor quality product. A “linen” shirt purchased as part of a set developed large holes and disintegrated in several places in less than six months (and not many wears) and when I complained and sent pictures I was told it was “normal wear and tear” and “minor” when it is now actually unwearable. Was initially offered a quarter of the price as a credit, then nothing. A waste of money, won’t buy from the Iconic again.
Unwilling to offer refunds on products that were clearly faulty...
