Extremely poor experience with The Iconic. My return was confirmed received on 2 April 2026, yet my refund was not processed within the stated 3–6 business days. Instead, I was left waiting for over two weeks with no refund and no meaningful communication. I followed up multiple times, including a formal complaint email on 17 April, which was completely ignored. Recently I found that my payment attempts keep failing. My bank confirmed it was not their issue. So, may I ask if my account or payment information has been blocked on your side, preventing me from making purchases?
A waste of time I didn’t receive any free samples and gifts they forced me to you to download the app before entering I uninstalled it as there was no point of downloading it
I ordered and paid for a pair of Onitsuka Tiger shoes online only to have The Iconic cancel the order on me a short time later, as there was seemingly no stock. On request they refunded the cost of shoes but short by $10.30. Either exchange rate variance or transaction fees. Regardless, eight emails back and forth and they would not part with it. Let me start by saying …. I have used ASOS and many other international clothing distributors and they have never failed me as much as the ICONIC. I purchased a Rains Bag on the 24th of November 2025 and I am still waiting to receive it. After back and forth emails between me and their support team, blaming Rains then blaming couriers i finally have it sent. Thinking well this seemed like it will be simple.
