I can’t recommend that anyone moves here. Rates are increasing, but the standard of living has only degraded. They use deceitful marketing to make it look like everything is good, but when you actually see the place, you realize it’s not. The amenities are in very poor condition, there's roaches EVERYWHERE, and once you're moved in, the staff stop caring and being polite. I’m gonna give my honest opinion of this place. Me as a single woman the location is perfect. I’m near the Metrolink so I’m able to get where I need to go as for the Apartments way too expensive for what they give you. There’s no closet space whatsoever. They’re always walking in and checking the apartment for something and they changed management companies every two years as well as management that’s the crazy part so much miscommunication and people tend to say that they never get their security deposit back. That's THE WORSE PLACE to live, if y'all wanna move somewhere move to Coronado. The management changes every month, gets even worse and there is no support for the tenants.
I just found out by a rude lady who hung up the phone on me that this isn’t a place that has assigned parking spaces for guests visitors and also students so be aware of that if you’re trying to rent!
