I can’t recommend that anyone moves here. Rates are increasing, but the standard of living has only degraded. They use deceitful marketing to make it look like everything is good, but when you actually see the place, you realize it’s not. The amenities are in very poor condition, and some of them have been out of access for over a month. If you tour, make them show you the unit they have in mind for you, not just the model.
Great place to live
Moved into the apartment to find it had a roach infestation after being denied a tour of the apartment multiple times due to "necessary maintenance". Had to get insurance through management directly since the insurance I wanted to use would not insure the building. Air conditioning unit broke down multiple times with the staff constantly giving me mixed answers and non answers to when and how the unit would be fixed. This review is written after years of unresolved problems and unacceptable treatment as a paying tenant. For four years the air conditioning in my unit has remained broken without a real fix. Not weeks. Not months. Years. During that time rent has still been collected — currently $1,500 a month for a one-bedroom apartment with a tiny shower and a second “room” so small and without windows that it cannot reasonably function as a bedroom.
