I’ve been a resident at Gateway on Grand for a while, and to be honest, it wasn’t always the best experience. Communication with the office used to be frustrating, and renewing my lease last year was a nightmare. But ever since the new manager and team stepped in, the difference has been night and day. Since the new manager came in, things at Gateway on Grand have improved so much. The office communicates clearly, listens, and actually works to resolve issues. I renewed my lease and now feel like I’m part of a real community, not just an apartment. It’s great to see positive changes happening here.
