Moved into the apartment to find it had a roach infestation after being denied a tour of the apartment multiple times due to "necessary maintenance". Had to get insurance through management directly since the insurance I wanted to use would not insure the building. This review is written after years of unresolved problems and unacceptable treatment as a paying tenant. For four years the air conditioning in my unit has remained broken without a real fix. Not weeks. Not months. Years. During that time rent has still been collected — currently $1,500 a month for a one-bedroom apartment with a tiny shower and a second “room” so small and without windows that it cannot reasonably function as a bedroom.
