I have lived in a number of different apartments in various cities and states across the country. We moved to this facility in February 2025. Needless to say the following is a summary of our experience after one week of occupancy at The Icon. The Icon is not true to its name but it is the epitome of a slumlord owned and managed building. The Icon is the place to live !!! It’s in the perfect area and close to everything, Target is up the street and you have plenty of restaurants around you as well. I only lived there for a few months, but Briana, Shy, the lady from South Africa 🇿🇦 and the maintenance workers were exceptional!!!! Anytime an issue happened they were on top of it and fixed things right away. They were easy to talk to and very helpful. Having underground parking was nice as well. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Icon Apartments, and I can’t recommend it enough! The management team here is outstanding; they truly go above and beyond to address any issues that arise. They are incredibly communicative, patient, and friendly, always making me feel heard and valued. It’s refreshing to be able to chat with them about my day and feel genuinely connected.
