Absolutely no patient-centered care at all. No one ever answers phone calls, returns phone calls or answers emails. Is this place even open? We have been waiting for over 4 weeks to receive even one communication back after leaving repeated phone calls, emails to schedule an appointment after starting biologics which was cancelled on us via email with no opportunity to reschedule. I am starting to think this needs to go to the media now. The public needs to know what to expect here and physicians need not refer here.

I was VERY lucky that Dr Astrid Williams took over my care after my previous GI ignored my calls, emails, and messages until I was forced to go into my local hospital that does not have a GI department. As it turned out, I was correct, I had a stricture and a partial obstruction (My previous GI had told me I was in remission just two months before) I was so malnourished and weak I required 8 weeks in hospital on TPN before I was even strong enough to have the surgery. It’s bad, really bad. I was approaching surgery, I cancelled my monthly Pfizer IV injection. I had to cancel the same appointment 4 times. Loss of revenue or whatever the reason fizer booked an appointment with Dr. Rosenfeld. I did not book this appointment and 2 days before my brain surgery had this phone call. I was called the wrong name and after describing my health history, Dr Rosenfeld still did not know me. If a car salesperson did this it would be called bush league.
