Our family had a terrible experience working with this agent as the seller’s agent of a property we recently purchased. Agent purposely misled us in order to ensure that we closed on the property. Agent refused to take responsibility. He chose to not disclose information he had that would have affected sale of property. Steer clear. There are plenty of more ethically sound people to choose from to meet your real estate need.

Buying and selling are stressful enough, but having agents who listen, are knowledgeable, professional, and truly care made our experience almost seamless. Bill and Jo are awesome. They know SO MUCH about Ponte Vedra, PVB, Nocatee, and surrounding areas. They knew all the right questions to ask, had all the right connections to get us everything we needed throughout our buying and selling process. Highly responsive. Above and beyond doesn’t even cover it. They are the perfect team. We will absolutely use them again!

Highly recommend the Hynes Home Team!!! They are fantastic!!! Jo and Bill truly delivered to us as buyers, and helped us find the perfect house.
