Just an amazing place to go and take a picture of the megalong Valley from the hilltop. Beautiful property and well worth a visit. Go and browse the stuff for sale in the pavilion over on the RHS after you pull into the carpark.

Food was very average but extremely expensive, rooms were extremely small but again very overpriced, only nice thing about it really was the view. our aircon unit was broken so our room was very cold, and the bathroom had a gross smell constantly coming from inside, would not recommend, would rather stay at a motel or something then this place again.
The Hydro won’t be everyone’s cup of tea based simply on the age and size of rooms. But for my wife and I we loved every aspect of out stay . Great location , very comfy bed, excellent bar facilities, lovely food , great views and incredible service
