I was suffering from food poisoning, dehydrated and very weak. I couldn't bear the thought of sitting idly in the ER as terrible as I was feeling, so I called the office to make an inquiry. I spoke with David, the office manager; the kindness of his voice and his concern were immediately reassuring.
