I won't lie, the workouts are hard and that's what makes them great. If you are a beginner, have an injury, or are a grizzled CF veteran, our coaches will help you navigate every workout. We have a great group of people at our gym as well who will support you!
I have been a member here for 4 years. I am 61 years old and have been working out all my adult life. But Hybrid Farm is far and away the best gym I have ever been a part of. I am in the best shape of my life and I love the constantly changing workouts, but I love the community, the mutual support and the awesome people who make up the HF family. If you are thinking of changing your life for the better but are afraid to get started know that we got you!
Joined Hybrid Farm in 2020 after moving to Rice Lake from Denver, and needed something more than a plain box gym with weights and high school testosterone. HF hit the mark, and from day one the culture and community had us hooked. If you are looking for a supportive community of people to sweat and laugh with, you found the right gym!
