Our AC was having problems, so they checked it, and their technician was right on time, very thorough, and clearly explained everything. seems to be truly interested in solving the issue rather than just making a fast profit. I heartily suggest using their competent and considerate service!
Booked an appointment though Costco. Received a phone call within 10min from a representative to schedule an appointment. Was given a 2-4pm time window. At 4:45pm I reached out to the office and the woman who answered the phone had no idea who I was and said she had to make some phone calls. Shortly after, the “sales manager” Abdul Muzher called to offer to make the sales transaction with me over the phone.
