The technicians are experts in their field, having done excellent work for both maintenance and transition from oil to gas heat operations with the utmost professionalism and cleanliness.
BEWARE. Had a technician come to find the source of a leak. The technician diagnosed the issue to be a $2600 piece in the furnace. Left a $900 dollar deposit for repairs. Called in a second opinion and this was in fact not the issue. Company will not issue me a full refund. Trying to keep 25% of my money after misdiagnosing an issue. I would not recommend this service
Customer support is top-notch, with qualified staff, and quick repairs or installations. I always choose them either for boilers or furnace work!
Had a tech over to clean my oil boiler. Really thorough and professional. Now I know it'll work perfectly when winter comes.👍
